Something i'm not that into but i do
think ruffles are kinda vintage but if dressed properly
and paired with right things it can look pretty
modern but still has that vintage feel to it which
is great :)

With the metallic black leggings, it definitely gives
a rocker feel to the whole look. Pair with a high pair
of pumps and a black clutch and you've got a really hot
outfit right there! :)
The leggings are for sale too, and i think a lot of
blogs have those leggings for sale.

But formal wear is something you should splurge on
every once in a while for the best quality.

the ruffles are big, bold and the emphasis of your dress,
